Is my booking already paid?

All transfer and public transport bookings made in advance on our website or app are prepaid. The price you paid at the time of booking is the total price – you won't need to pay any additional fees when you get picked up. 

Once you've paid for your booking and it's been confirmed by the supplier, you should receive a confirmation email containing all the details, including the price paid.
