I need to change my pick-up time

Usually, you can only make changes to your booking if there's more than 24 hours until your pick-up time. 

If your pick-up is less than 24 hours away, please check the specific amendment policy for your booking by going to the 'Cancelling or changing your booking' section of your booking details. This will tell you whether you can still make changes to your booking.

If you can no longer make changes to your current booking, please make a new booking with the changes you need. 

If you're getting picked up from an airport and your flight arrival time has changed

If you've added your flight details to your booking, you don't need to worry about changing the pick-up time yourself. The driver will track your flight and adjust your pick-up time if your flight is delayed (or even early!). They'll wait for 45 minutes after they arrive, so you'll have time to get from the plane to your meeting point.
