I need to change my pick-up time

If you're getting picked up from an airport and your flight arrival time has changed

If you added your flight details to your booking, you don't need to change the pick-up time yourself. The driver will track your flight and adjust your pick-up time if your flight is delayed or early. They'll wait for 45 minutes after they arrive, so you'll have time to get from the plane to your meeting point.

If you're getting picked up from somewhere that's not an airport

Your driver will wait for 15 minutes from your chosen pick-up time, so you don't need to change your pick-up time if you're just running a few minutes late.

If you still need to change your pick-up time

To change your pick-up time:

– go to your booking details
_ if you've booked a round trip, choose either the 'Outbound' or 'Return' tab 
– tap 'Edit time, date or location'
– on the screen that loads, tap 'Edit journey details'
– choose your new pick-up time 
– tap 'Search'

You'll then be able to review your changes, including any difference in price, before you confirm your new journey details.
