You can add a special request for your journey by going to your booking details and adding a comment for your driver.
If you have a round trip but you only need to add a request for either your outbound or return journey, you can leave a comment under just the 'Outbound' tab or just the 'Return' tab as needed.
If you need to add a request for your entire round trip, you'll need to leave separate comments for each journey under the 'Outbound' and 'Return' tabs.
We will try to accomodate the following special requests:
– space for a wheelchair, walker, pushchair or stroller
– space for bulky items or other large luggage, such as skis, bikes, bike boxes or musical instuments
– child seats, baby seats and booster seats
– space for a pet/animal, such as a dog or cat
– additional/extra stops
We can't guarantee requests, but our partners will always aim to fulfil them.
