How do I find my meeting point?

In your pick-up details, you can find step-by-step instructions on how to meet your driver. If you have any questions about your meeting point, please get in touch with either your journey provider or your driver. 

If you have a round-trip booking, you'll be able to view the pick-up instructions for your return journey once your outbound journey is complete.

Your journey provider's contact details will be available in your pick-up details as soon as you've booked. Your driver's contact details will usually be available in your pick-up details around an hour before your pick-up time.
