What will happen if my flight is delayed?

If you added your flight details when booking, your driver will track your arrival and adjust your pick up time if your flight's delayed. They'll wait for 45 minutes after they arrive, so you'll have time to get from the plane to your meeting point. If you think you'll need more time on the day, please get in touch with your driver or journey provider directly – you can find their contact information in your pick-up details.

If you didn't add flight details, you can still do so up to 24 hours before your pick-up by updating your booking details. If it's less than 24 hours before pick-up, you can contact your journey provider using the information in your pick-up details.

We always recommend adding flight details to ensure your booking goes smoothly and contacting your driver directly if you experience any delays after your arrival.
