I might need more time to meet the driver

If you think you'll need more time to meet your driver, please get in touch with your driver or journey provider. Your journey provider's contact details will be available in your pick-up details as soon as you've booked. Your driver's contact details will usually be available in your pick-up details around an hour before your pick-up time. 

If you're getting picked up from an airport 

If you've added your flight details, your driver will be able to track your arrival and check for any delays. They'll usually wait at the meeting point for 45 minutes after they arrive. You can find step-by-step instructions on how to find the meeting point in your pick-up details. 

We understand that you might need more time to get through customs and passport control if you're at a busy airport, so in some cases, we've added additional waiting time to your booking. Please check your meeting point instructions in your pick-up details for more information.

If you're getting picked up from somewhere that's not an airport

Your driver will wait for 15 minutes from your chosen pick-up time.
